Over Night Stay
You’re welcome to stay onsite the night before a test day! Just please make sure to arrive before 9pm. If you happen to arrive later, we kindly ask that you don’t park outside our gates to avoid impacting the main road. There are lay-bys a mile down the road in either direction or Rhug Estate, just a 10 minute drive away which offers free overnight parking. Thank you for your understanding.
Tarmac spaces are arranged via us or the relevant Championship these are listed below, if you do not manage to book, don’t worry you will be allocated gravel parking on arrival.

Please note it is not acceptable to buy extra bays for overnight stay such as caravans/motorhomes/vans or cars bays are STRICTLY for competitors/teams awnings only.
Anyone who does not adhere to this will be removed from the area.
If anyone takes another person’s booked bay, you will be told to move whether you are all set up or not.
You must respect each other and only use your booked bay.
All customers camping/caravanning on site are charged £20 for the use of our camping facilities, toilets and showers will be open 24hrs, please ensure you pay for this by adding a ‘CAMPING TICKET’ at the time of booking to your paddock space thank you.
You may arrive from 9am on the Thursday prior to an event and NO later than 9pm any evening. There must be no parking under any circumstances at the main Gate or on the main Road – access must be available at all times and the main road must NOT be obstructed by any vehicles. If you find yourself in this situation there are 2 lay-bys, 1 in each direction of the track, 1 mile down the road, park here until morning, alternatively Rhug Estate a 10 min drive away offers ample overnight free parking thank you for your cooperation.

Awnings left up, caravans left onsite will need arranging and paying for before you leave them, any extra nights stay to be arranged with the circuit, please arrange this at the reception or café till £10pn charge applies.
Weekend stay during racing events
You may stay onsite the night before a test/race day, you must arrive before 9pm. Our toilets and showers will be open for you 24hrs and our onsite cafe will be serving breakfast, lunch, tasty treats and coffee. In the evenings for dinner we have two very local pubs both within 3 miles of us; The Crown, Llanfihangel or The Giler Arms. If you would like to look a little further afield Betws-y-coed offers a variety of options also.
We do not offer electric hook up at this time, therefore you are welcome to bring generators, which can be used from no earlier than 7.30am and no later than 11pm. Thank you.

Dragon Kart Club is a karting club based in Glan Y Gors Park, North Wales. The club was first opened in 2002 and is recognised by Motorsport UK.
DKC runs regular Test Days and Visiting Racing Events throughout the year.
